Working on this naturally well-lit project was a delightful experience for the Minlec team. We supported our client by installing a new teapoint, state-of-the-art lighting, and an underfloor busbar system to supply small power to the new desks, all of which were situated on elegant timber flooring. Beginning with a bare space, the Minlec team skillfully handled the design and installation of exposed containment, mechanical supplies, and suspended lighting. Our custom low-level trunking harmonizes with the dark flooring, ensuring a clean and functional appearance throughout the room. Rely on Minlec's expertise to deliver tailored electrical solutions that seamlessly blend aesthetics and practicality, transforming spaces to meet your unique needs.

What started as old office space was stripped out and made ready for a new tenant over the course of 3 months. The new suspended ceiling was enhanced with DALI-controlled LED lights, securely suspended to the ribbed ceiling above. Local LCMs were installed throughout, along with local mechanical power, the latter of which was from a high-level busbar system. New distribution boards were added during the closing stages.

Commercial Building, Surrey
The lights in our client’s stairwells were previously lit using fluorescent lamps. For this project, we worked closely with a lighting manufacturer to deliver a solution that removes the fluorescent lamps and replaces them with a low-energy LED alternative, which significantly reduced their energy output.

Close Brothers, London
This labour-only project was simple in design, but with a turnaround of just 8 weeks for 2 floors at once, we also had to get the balance of skillset and budget just right. 2 of our teams were spread across the floors, whilst our own on-site supervisor was on hand to manage the staff and provide support to our client's Project Manager. The success of the fit-out helped us win a 2nd phase, elsewhere in the building.
